To post a new topic: click on the 'New Post' link in the top right corner of this page.
Once you have added the details of your post, you will need to add a 'Label" to help us categorise the topics in the blog. For example, I will label this post Instructions.
Have a look at the post options at the bottom of the post window, you may want to choose one or more of these. You can also add your location (see bottom right of text box). Publish your post when you are done.
If you want to edit a post you made previously, then click on the 'New Post' link and look for the 'Edit Posts' tab at the top of the window. Or simply click on the pencil edit post icon next to your name at the bottom of the post.
To comment on an existing post: just add your comments into the text box below the post and then publish. You may need to first click on the 'comments' link next to the author's name.
